Hania Borowiak is a Polish snowboarder specializing in freestyle disciplines, such as slopestyle and big air. She represents the AZS AWF Wrocław club.

Hania Borowiak is a gold medalist of the 2023 Polish Cup (PZN) in Big Air, winning the title during the Garmin Winter Sports Festival in Białka Tatrzańska. In 2023, she represented Poland at the International Youth Olympics, competing in slopestyle, and she consistently achieves success in national freestyle competitions, such as the Polish Championships and the European Cup.
