ROS ADDICTION & MC CONRAD
One of the first British MCs to successfully and consistently promote underground hip-hop and electro music on the world stage back in the early 1990s. A regular visitor to major clubs and festival stages, where he is regarded as an undisputed drum’n’bass icon. To his credit, he has such iconic collaborations as Bukem & Conrad with the legendary LTJ Bukem. It was they who defined the sound under the Good Looking label for years under this banner. An absolutely exceptional performer, talented with a distinctive and unique sound that has allowed him to express his full potential – which is inspired by house, techno, drum’n’bass – all deep sounds with bass and lyrical perfection as their common denominator. During SnowFest, he will perform on stage with Polish legend of the genre – Ros Addiction expressing his long-standing friendship and fascination with bass music.
Ros Addiction is one of the pioneers of the Polish club scene, a DJ, producer and promoter best known for his achievements for the drum’n’bass genre. Open-mindedness and an unconventional approach to music, however, make his record library remarkably eclectic. The history of Ros, who is often referred to as a co-founder of the drumandbass scene in Poland, dates back to the late 1980s and early 1990s, and his activity continues to set trends in the country on the Vistula River. It is worth mentioning that Ros is the first Pole in the legendary London club Fabric, he appeared there twice alongside LTJ Bukem on the occasion of the FabricLive series – “Bukem In Session”.
