RYSY
The Rysy duo, formed by Wojtek Urbański and Łukasz Stachurko, presents all that is best in our domestic club electronica, while going a step further in terms of the spaciousness, depth and emotional message contained in the music. RYSY quickly gained recognition in the world of Polish alternative music. In 2016, the duo was awarded the "Discovery of the Year" statuette by Muno magazine, "Band of the Year" by Aktivist magazine ('Nocne Marki' poll) and a nomination for the 'Fryderyki' Award in the "Debut of the Year" category.
Despite these successes, the band suspended operations on January 30, 2017. It was reactivated on December 31, 2020 with the release of the single "4GET" - the title track from an album to be released in spring 2021. On the new material, the artists go a step further in terms of the spaciousness, depth and emotional message contained in their music. The "4GET" album will be full of massive bass and pumping drums immersed in the duo's signature melancholy.
